1. Who we are
Nexiotys ("we", "us") is a software studio based in Megrine, Tunisia. We are the data controller for personal data collected through nexiotys.com. You can reach us at contact@nexiotys.com or on +216 26 290 351.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you send us. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions — your name, work email address, company name and the content of your message.
- Technical data — our web server records the IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp of each request in its access logs.
- Local browser storage — we store your language and light/dark theme preferences in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device and is not used to identify you.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure service. This covers the server access logs.
4. Who else sees your data
Contact form submissions are transmitted to and stored by SheetDB, which writes them into a spreadsheet we control. Our website is hosted on a virtual private server provided by OVH. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

5. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for [24] months from our last exchange with you, then deleted. Server access logs are retained for [30] days.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In Tunisia, the relevant authority is the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).

7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the members of our team who need it in order to reply to you.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our processing changes, and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated directly to anyone affected where we hold contact details for them.
